It is the policy of APS that all planners, teachers, and authors involved in the development of CE content are required to disclose any relevant financial relationships occurring in the last 12 months with a commercial interest whose products or services may be discussed in the CE activity content over which the individual has control. APS requires that all relevant financial relationships be resolved prior to participation. Faculty are required to disclose any discussion of unlabeled uses of products regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. Detailed disclosure information will be published in course materials. APS will also require a verbal and first slide disclosure statement prior to each educational presentation, including any discussion of unlabeled uses.
