It has come to the attention of APS that unauthorized companies are soliciting APS conference attendees to book hotel rooms for the 2012 Annual Scientific Meeting at the host hotel, the Hilton Hawaiian Village. This is not sanctioned by the American Pain Society. We encourage you to make your hotel reservations directly with the Hilton Hawaiian Village
Hotel Details
APS is partnering with the Hilton Hawaiian Village for the APS 31st Scientific Meeting. The APS group rate at the Hilton Hawaiian Village is $199-239* single/double plus applicable taxes. These discounted room rates will be recognized three days before and after the meeting (based on availability) if you are looking add vacation time to the conference.
You must make your reservation by April 16, 2012, to be eligible for the special conference rates. Be sure to mention that you are attending the APS Scientific Meeting. Rooms at this special rate are limited, so please make your reservations early. After April 16, higher rates may apply.

Be sure to indicate you are attending the 31st Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Pain Society to receive the conference rate. For room blocks of five or more, payment is required in advance to hold the reservation. There is a 3-night minimum on blocks of five or more rooms held at conference rates.
* Room rate includes a rebate to APS to help offset meeting and convention costs.
